Emily is proud of the relationships and trust built with her beloved customers and their doggies, employees, other businesses and charities. Her pet care facility sold in early 2014, after fifteen fun and exciting years. Now, Emily channels her passion and commitment to dogs and their owners by consulting with pet businesses, entrepreneurs and charities to continue to work to improve and grow the industry. Emily graduated with B.A. in Journalism, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has attended many business and pet care seminars and training classes. Her dog, Dolly, appears to do very little when it comes to work, however, what she does every day is profound: she provides a constant reminder to enjoy every moment, give love and eat whatever you like.
After seven years in corporate marketing, Emily Schlansky-Muscatello "traded in her pantyhose for a pooper-scooper" and opened Orlando's first doggie daycare. This little business grew to include two large facilities in the Orlando area, with 50 employees caring for pets 24/7. She has been featured everywhere from Animal Planet to the Wall Street Journal.
